Sheri offers over 20 years of Human Resources experience, spanning both the global and domestic HR arenas.  She has also worked across industries including pharmaceutical, IT consulting, CPG, and Flavors & Fragrance, as well as in outsourced environments.  Her successes have been achieved in a wide variety of industries supporting Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Innovation), Manufacturing, and R&D functions.

Sheri obtained her BA degree in Labor Management & Employment Relations from Rutgers University in New Jersey and later earned a Mini MBA in Business Essentials from Rutgers Center for Management Development.  She has also earned certifications in Strategic Human Resource Management, Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing & Competency Development, Predictive Index Assessments, and Inside Out Development Coaching.  She also received her designation as Professional Human Resources (PHR).

In addition, she is well versed in working with US companies whose headquarters are based in Europe and bridging the cultural business divide.

Corey Stein, JD

Corey brings an extensive background in employment law to the team. He comes to us from Serrins & Associates, where he practiced employment law for the past several years prior to
transitioning into the HR arena.  Corey also has experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he interned during law school. Throughout his career, Corey has focused his education and experience in employment related matters.

While in private practice Corey had extensive experience in litigation, mediation, and negotiations, and he
had successfully resolved numerous cases related to discrimination, sexual harassment, accommodation
for disabilities, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations, among various other topics under the
umbrella of employment law. He has also partnered with clients drafting policies, procedures, manuals,
employment contracts, and agreements. These experiences have made it a seamless transition to his
new role within HR as Employee Relations Director.

Corey graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a senior editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and authored an article on employment discrimination that was published in the journal. He is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey bar associations.

Michelle Labuda

Michelle is our newest team member!  She brings with her 10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in Benefits Administration, HRIS systems, and Payroll.  In addition, she has worked as an HR Generalist supporting all aspects of Human Resources, including compliance, recruiting, and onboarding of new employees.  Having worked across industries such as pharma, dermo-cosmetics, retail, and service (staffing), Michelle brings complementary skills to the team.

Michelle graduated from Montclair University in New Jersey with a BA in Psychology.
